Had my water-damaged MacBook Pro repaired. Clear communication regarding repair chances and risks, and together we arrived at a suitable and very competitively priced solution.

Dareia is a pleasant, polite craftsman. We received a clear quote quickly. An additional minor problem was also discovered quickly and then expertly resolved. In short, very satisfied with his work. Glad to know now that I can go to him for my mother, who lives nearby, to help her if my brother and I are not around.

Top service, no question is too much! Thinks along with you and is open to ideas from me as a customer (read: tweak with thermal padding). Not 9 to 5, but even available almost 24/7. Replaced the thermal paste on my 2019 16" MacBook, applied thermal padding as a tweak, cleaned it up nicely, and delivered it in good condition. It's good for years to come! Thanks, and definitely until next time.

I have a 27-inch 5K iMac. After several calls to Apple support, it turned out there was a problem with the SSD. At Amac, they couldn't do anything for me since it is from late 2017, and only computers from 2022 onwards are eligible for repair at their facility. Dareira from DM Tech examined it and advised installing a new 2TB hard drive. He also recommended installing a more recent program. That worked out excellently, and it functions like new again. What is particularly special about Dareira is that he was very patient with me and explained everything exceptionally well. I am from an older generation. Amazing service by Dareia! My laptop broke down and the same day I could come by to give my laptop. He immediately started to look if the problem was solvable in 15 minutes for efficiency sake. Unfortunately the laptop was total loss, but the swiftness, problem-solving attitude and perfect communication made the service quality of very high standard! 10/10 would recommend.

I brought my 2014 iMac to this amazing facility for a hardware upgrade, upgrading the RAM and hard drive to a 1TB SSD. After extensive consultation and excellent advice from Mr. Dareia, I received the iMac back quite quickly, including a very recent OS thanks to the application of OpenCore Legacy. Impressive and very solid work in the absolute sense, at a very reasonable price with professional guidance. We would gladly return here.

Extremely satisfied! Despite the heat of the last few days, Dareia did everything he could to repair my computer. When it was finished, he even helped carry the PC back to my car (in 40-degree weather)! You really won't find this kind of service anywhere else.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this service. My laptop broke on Saturday, and I contacted them right away. The next day, Sunday, I dropped it off for repairs and picked it up the same day, fully functional. This is the best service out there. If anyone asks me where to get their laptop repaired, I'll gladly recommend this place. And the price is great too

Day after getting in contact and describing what the problem was, I already could go by to test my GPU. Which helped me a lot to make further decisions on what to do! Very good contact and service!

Great customer service, competitive pricing, fairness and extra service that was not even requested. All this delivered with genuine kindness which is rare nowadays. Definitely recommend DM tech.

My laptop needed cleaning and thermal paste replacement because it was overheating. The technician was very willing to help me find an appointment and assist me with my problem. In the end he did an amazing job at a very good price . I will definitely choose him again in the future for any issue I may have.

I had the hard drive in my old iMac repaired. The service was excellent, professional, and very customer-friendly. Very satisfied.

I brought my laptop here because of a hinge issue, and it was fixed the next day. Dareia explained the damage to my laptop in detail and the repair process. Excellent service!

I needed help with replacing my battery. Everyone was so so lovely and welcoming, and they went above and beyond in helping me. I forgot to mention an issue and they anyways repaired it for me quickly when I was picking it up, which was very nice of them. Very professional and skilled. Thank you.

Mijn oude iMac hier laten opschonen en voorzien van een SSD. Apple wilde er niet meer aan werken, maar voor DM Tech geen probleem. Alles werkt super!
